The Mar Menor / Costa Cálida region has been the location of choice for Spanish holiday makers now for over 70 years with many Spanish people having holiday homes in this region, but over the last 10 years it has seen a big increase in many other nationalities that have discovered this beautiful area and in turn this has attracted many developers to the area taking advantage of the cost of land compared to many other regions in Spain.
